1. Seller

Lärkompis is sold by Niklas Andervang, sole trader. Contact: hej@larkompis.app.

2. What you buy

You buy a lifetime unlock of the Lärkompis app for one parent account. The purchase covers unlimited children and devices in your family and includes all future updates of the app for as long as it is provided. It is not a subscription.

3. Price and payment

The price is SEK 49 including 25% VAT. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. The price is what you see at checkout; there are no extra fees.

4. Delivery

When the payment is complete, the app is unlocked for your account straight away. You receive a receipt by email.

5. Money-back guarantee, 14 days

You can cancel the purchase within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason. Write to us and we will refund the full amount to the same payment method. The guarantee applies even if you have started using the app. Full access is then removed from your account.

6. Use

The purchase is personal and covers your family. You may not resell it or share your account with other families. Schools and classes are licensed separately: see the school terms.

7. Availability

We aim for the app to work at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The app works offline after the first visit. If we ever close the service, we will tell you in good time and give you the chance to save your data.

8. Faults and complaints

If you find a fault, write to us and we will fix it. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

9. Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Disputes

Swedish law applies. If there is a dispute, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), arn.se.
