Questions about the price

Is it really a one-off payment?

Yes. You pay SEK 49 once. There is no subscription to renew, and updates are included.

How many children can use the app?

As many as you like. The purchase belongs to your parent account, not to one child or one device.

How do I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.

What if I change my mind?

You have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Get in touch within 14 days and you will get your money back.

What can my child do before I pay?

3 sessions per child, without an account. After that the app shows a friendly “Fråga en vuxen” (Ask a grown-up) screen, and the parent panel shows you how to unlock the rest.
