School terms

1. Parties

The seller is Niklas Andervang, sole trader (hej@larkompis.app). The buyer is the school or the school's governing body (the municipality or independent school organiser) that places the order.

2. What's included

A class code has 40 places. The teacher shares the code with the parents, who redeem it in the app's parent panel. Each redemption uses one place and gives that family its own full unlock of Lärkompis. The places have no time limit.

3. Price and payment

SEK 19 per place, SEK 760 per class of 40 places. We invoice once, payable within 30 days. Prices include VAT. More classes or a whole school: ask us for a quote.

4. No personal data at the school

The school handles no personal data in Lärkompis and is not the data controller for anything that happens in the app. There are no pupil accounts and no teacher view. Families own their own data under our privacy policy. A data processing agreement is therefore not needed.

5. School iPads

The app can be used on school devices with local profiles. We recommend nicknames, for example “Elev 7” (Pupil 7), so that no pupil names are stored on the devices.

6. Teachers try it for free

A teacher can get a code for their own use at no cost, to try the app before the school places an order.

7. Money-back guarantee, 14 days

If the school is not happy, the order can be cancelled within 14 days of the code being sent. We then credit the invoice. Places that have already been redeemed keep full access for those families.

8. Sharing the code

The code is meant for the class's families. It may not be published openly or resold. If the code is fully used, get in touch and we will arrange more places.

9. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms for future orders. Swedish law applies.
